Most vulnerable are cardiovascular, digestive, nervous and reproductive systems. Most common age-related diseases are Alzheimer's disease, osteoarthritis, cancer, diabetes, depression and heart diseases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peak of growth and maturation of human body occurs at the age of 25, then follow natural processes of maturity and aging. Some age-related changes are beard hardly, but they not always do transform a man into feeble old man. Most effectively healthy lifestyle acts upon probability of death from heart diseases, going down to 64%, blood vessel diseases (61%) and cancer (60%).  &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;“Modern people spend great money to treat diseases that are considered age-related - ischemic heart disease, attacks, hypertension, some kinds of cancers”, said doctor Mayer Stampfler, the leader of the research, in an interview for BBC. - And why do people forget that a disease is easier to prevent than to treat? In case of positive results of research they will develop a prototype of a new game.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Scientists from North Carolina University and Georgia Institute of Technology plan to hold the research in two stages. During the first stage they will see if games have necessary qualities that  positively impact on thinking processes of aged people such as memory, taking decisions, critical thinking and other.  &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;On second stage they will make analysis of concrete elements of the game that does mostly stimulate mentioned processes. On the basis of obtained results researchers intend to write recommendations for potential developers of new type of therapeutic video games and also to create prototype of such game.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;This attempt to use video games in order to help aged people having aberration of thinking processes is not first one. Telomere regions of chromosomes, whose main feature is the lack of capacity to join other chromosomes  or their fragments, perform protective function.  Now the new marker of biologic senescence can be called protein  p16INK4a.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is well known, that  p16INK4a helps to suppress cancer spreading. That protein are presented in T surpressor cells of immune system. They play the main role in organism fighting with diseases and in reconstruction of damaged tissues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The number of p16INK4a in blood shows not only how quickly are cells ageing. Also scientists have discovered a connection between protein concentration and way of living and vicious habits such as smoking and physical inactivity which make ageing faster.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To define how exact are the analysis results, scientists have examined blood samples of 170 of people. Test persons also filled up a form where they wrote about state of their health and way of their living. It emerged that p16INK4a is not connected with fattiness although the reduction of food energy can slow down ageing process.
